What is Bey Rivals on Roblox?
Bey Rivals is a spinning-top battle game made by the Roblox group BBR Productions, owned by the developer PyroZoku. Its Roblox description sums it up: enter the arena, battle players and NPCs, collect and upgrade Beys, and climb to the top. It is inspired by Beyblade but is not an official Beyblade game.
The experience was created on October 10, 2026, and the first code lists appeared around October 21. Interest grew fast in the last week of October. When we checked the Roblox API on November 1, Bey Rivals had about 7.27 million visits, 21,800 favorites, a 92% like ratio and around 8,200 people playing at once, in servers of up to 25.
Do not mix up Bey Rivals with Rivals (the Roblox shooter), Blue Lock Rivals or Bladers: Rebirth, another Beyblade-style game. Their codes, tier lists and traits do not apply here. The real Bey Rivals has place ID 79726149410614 and is made by BBR Productions.
How Bey Rivals beys are built
Every Bey is made of three parts. Guides use slightly different names, but they describe the same layout:
| Part | What it does | How to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Layer (the Bey or blade) | The main body; carries the family passive and most of the power. Duplicates merge into it to level it up. | Parts banner (Spin Tickets, Bey Points) |
| Disc | The middle layer; adds weight and stats. Swappable in the Workshop. | Parts banner |
| Driver | The tip; its trait affects launch behavior and wear in long fights. | Parts banner |
On top of the parts sit surnames (rolled family names with a stat bonus, such as Nakagawa for +1 speed or Brunel for +2 defense, per Games.gg) and traits, which you reroll one slot at a time in the Trait Lab. Rarity tiers run up to Legendary, Mythic and Divine. Of Zen and Computing makes a useful point: rarity tells you how hard a part is to pull, not whether it suits your build.
Bey Rivals currencies explained
| Currency | Used for | Main sources |
|---|---|---|
| Bey Points (BP) | Rolling parts, upgrades and unlocking abilities | Battles, codes |
| Spin Tickets | One roll each on the parts banner | Codes, events |
| Lucky Spins | Rolls on the surname banner (some guides say better-odds rolls) | Codes |
| Trait Tokens | Rerolling a trait slot in the Trait Lab | Codes since the October 28 patch |
| Soul Tickets | Rolls on the Halloween Soul Draw banner | Codes, Halloween event |
Guides disagree a little on Lucky Spins: TheTechBasket ties them to the surname banner, while Games.gg describes them as spins with better odds for rare parts. Check the banner the game asks you to spend them on. Codes are by far the easiest way to stock up, and the current list is on our Bey Rivals codes page.
Best beys and builds in Bey Rivals
There is no official tier list, and no guide we read has a full part ranking we trust yet, so we have not built a tier list page. What the guides do agree on is how the four build styles play:
| Style | Strength | Weak against |
|---|---|---|
| Attack | High damage that scales with speed; ends fights fast | Defense that survives the opening |
| Defense | Extra burst locks and a stamina bonus | Stamina builds that outlast it |
| Stamina | Keeps spinning after the opponent tires | Attack builds that finish early |
| Balance | Mixes the above; no bad matchups | Nothing in particular, but no clear edge |
Of Zen and Computing reports that top players run a Cannon Launch with a Heavy Launcher, a five-star Extreme main part and the Magnum trait. That is a late-game target. New players do better with an attack build from starter parts, merging duplicates instead of rolling more, then moving to defense or balance once a good surname lands.
Bey Rivals progression path
- Finish the tutorial first. The Store and its Codes tab stay locked until you complete or skip the tutorial with Volt.
- Redeem codes before rolling. The active codes add well over 100,000 Bey Points and about 100 Spin Tickets.
- Read stats, not colors. A Legendary part with the wrong trait can lose to a well-built Mythic.
- Unlock a second surname slot before rolling surnames, or a new roll replaces the one you have equipped.
- Level up in normal battles. XP comes only from battles, and Ranked mode opens at level 5.
- Practice your launch. A clean launch triggers a Perfect Rip Boost at the start of a fight.
Bey Rivals Trello, Discord and official links
There is no official Bey Rivals Trello or wiki. Destructoid's October 31 update says the same, and no guide links one. Any “Bey Rivals Trello” board you find is fan-made. The official Discord is where the developer posts codes, patch notes and announcements.
| Channel | Use it for | Verified |
|---|---|---|
| Discord (discord.gg/beyrivals) | Codes in #codes, patch notes, finding players | Discord invite API, about 21,150 members |
| BBR Productions Roblox group | Needed for codes according to most guides | Roblox groups API, about 183,500 members |
| Roblox experience page | Last update time, game passes, Discord button | Roblox games API |
| Trello | Not created | No board found |
PCGamesN notes the Discord button sits at the bottom of the Roblox game page and needs a Roblox account verified for chat. The game sells three passes: Chaos Luck (99 Robux), Paint Studio (149) and VIP (299). None is needed to redeem codes.
