Choose the right request

• Correction: a value, timestamp, name, category, link, or source attribution appears inaccurate.
• Takedown:a page or attributed item may violate rights, policy, or a source's valid removal request.
• Privacy: you want review of information you supplied in an operator ticket.

Evidence the desk needs

Provide the exact affected page URL, a clear description of the disputed field or content, the requested outcome, and a supporting source URL when public evidence exists. Include a prior ticket ID for a privacy request if you still have it.

Explain your relationship to the material when requesting a takedown. Do not upload secrets or third-party personal data; this form accepts text and links only.

Review and outcomes

The operator may verify sources, ask for more evidence, correct a field, add context, restrict indexing, reject the request, or remove material. Submission does not guarantee correction or removal. The request ID confirms receipt only, not the outcome or timing.
